Ir a esta galería es un premio; el trato es siempre cordial, exquisito y ofrece la oportunidad de una revelación casi garantizada. Vemos las últimas tres series de los proyectos de Ricardo Calero titulados Bautismal, Sueños en el mar y Gotas de vida. En la receta mágica de una de las obras está todo dicho: “sedimentos, agua, elementos naturales y tiempo”. Es una percepción de paisajes interiores a través de acciones y sus rastros. Tal vez sea hermético, pero impacta por su poesía, la cuidadísima estética y fina ironía sobre nuestra realidad –a mi gusto Bautismal es supremo.

When you go to this gallery you have won a prize; you always feel welcome, their treatment is friendly and exquisite and it offers the opportunity of a revelation almost guaranteed. We see the last three series from the author’s project called Baptismal, Dreams in the sea and Drops of Life. All what is required is said in the magic recipe of one of the works: «sediment, water, natural elements and time». It’s a perception of inner landscapes through actions and their traces. Maybe the meanings are not obvious, but it hits you straight away for his poetry, the aesthetics and a subtle irony when interpreting our reality -to my taste Baptism is supreme.
